Voidless Records debuts with Tectonics, a four-track EP from Barcelona-based producer Cyberdom, where electro collides with a narrative of collapse and transformation.
What if collapse weren't the end, but the beginning?
The release's concept is inspired by the natural forces that shape our planet: plate tectonics. This cycle of rupture and regeneration serves as a metaphor for social crises, collective revolts, and internal processes of change.
The journey begins with Mariana Trench, a dense ambient piece that evokes a descent into the deepest ocean trench. Collapse follows, with tight beats and fervent synths that generate constant tension. The central track, Tectonics, deploys syncopated bass lines, robotic patterns, and vocoders that encapsulate the EP's concept. The closing track is System Strikers, a dance-focused track driven by powerful kick drums, vocoders, and razor-sharp basslines.
This first release marks the beginning of Voidless Records: a label with concerns, rooted in the concept, where each work traces its own path, beyond labels and guided by a deep artistic intention.
