Omen 64 review

Limited to 100 copies.

OMEN Recordings returns with its 64th release welcoming Irish-born, Berlin-based artist Swarm Intelligence for a six-track journey through industrial pressure, hypnotic movement and raw warehouse energy. Across the entirety of the release there’s crushing percussion, distorted textures and mechanical grooves which collide with visceral moments of eerie atmosphere and tension, while remixes from legendary industrial techno outfit Orphx and OMEN Recordings label heads AXKAN & Duellist expand the record even deeper into peak-time territory.

Built for powerful sound systems and late-night dance floors, ‘Containment Field’ stands as another uncompromising statement from the label’s dark and driving vision of contemporary industrial techno.
